What is Low Sperm Count?
Low sperm count (oligospermia) is a condition where the semen contains fewer sperm than normal. A healthy sperm count should be at least 15 million sperm per milliliter of semen. Anything below this level can reduce the chances of conception.
Nil sperm count (azoospermia) is a more severe condition where no sperm is found in the semen, making natural conception difficult. However, advanced treatments can help men with azoospermia become biological fathers.
